This blog is to keep anyone interested in improving their overall wellness (mind - body - spirit).

I have about 8 years of personal and professional experience with training, including having beaten obesity. I have played sports most my life and have trained in functional ways but I have also been injured and worked myself through those.

I’m a fully certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

I will keep this fresh with workouts as I make them for myself, my clients and my classes. However, I’m going to focus this on overall wellness, not just workouts, because you can’t reach your peak of fitness if your mind, body and spirit are not aligned.

If you’re not interested in that kind of info, you don’t have to follow. But if you’re interested in the new age of fitness and the most cutting edge techniques and information, then I’d click follow: Trainer’s Orders.
